Mid-Century Masterpiece Restoration (Stater)

This project involved the thoughtful restoration and enhancement of a one-of-a-kind mid-century home, preserving the original architect’s vision while addressing modern needs. Collaborating with an exceptional client passionate about maintaining the home’s authenticity, we executed a multi-phased plan. The work included removing hazardous trees, demolishing a decayed fence and wall, rebuilding a cinder block wall, and constructing a new wood fence. We replaced outdated pavers and large boulders with a new paver patio, complemented by the addition of a rain catch pond to echo the existing front pond. New plantings, outdoor lighting, and custom gates further enriched the design. The project culminated with the home being featured on a prestigious tour of homes, earning resounding praise and showcasing the seamless blend of preservation and innovation.
